We do our very best to ship your order within 2 days of purchase from our warehouse in The Netherlands, as long as the items in your order are available and your payment method has been accepted. But, any orders made on weekends or Dutch holidays will not be processed till the next business day.

FAQ's

Who pays customs duties & fees?
Sometimes international shipments may come with their own costs, which depend on the country and the value of your order. Sadly, we do not cover the cost of customs and we recommend you check for any possible fees before you make your purchase, as these vary from country to country.

Can I change my order?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be amended. However do check our cancellation policy, as you may be able to cancel your order and make a new one instead.
 
Can I change my shipping address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address please reach out to us as soon as possible at [email protected]
Things move quickly at our warehouse so a change to the shipping address has to be made within the hour your order was placed.
In the case of an incorrect shipping address and subsequent failed delivery, the package will be returned to us. For your order to be re-shipped to the correct address shipping costs will apply.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please reach out to us as soon as possible! We can only guarantee cancellation within the hour of your order being placed. After that, we cannot make any promises as it depends on how far along we are with packing and sending your order.

How can I track my package?
You’ll find tracking details in your shipping email.

My package is lost in transit
If you think your package has been lost please follow these steps:
  1. Make sure the shipping address on the order confirmation is correct.
  2. Contact the delivery service in charge of your order, they may be able to locate your package, or at least have more answers than we can offer.
  3. Once they have confirmed that your order is lost, please contact our customer services team to see if we can help with a solution.

My package has been marked as delivered but I haven’t received it
Your delivery services may mark your package as delivered when the pack has been left in a safe place or has been accepted by someone in your area.
If your package is still nowhere to be found, double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation email. If your order has been delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so you will need to contact the delivery provider.
